Shipping Policy
Shipment will not be charged from general customers
Retail customer’s shipment cost is calculated based on quantity, jurisdiction, and service method chose by the customer. Above parameter will also automatically determine the shipment carrier. Shipment cost is determined live through the API of shipment carrier.
Bulk buyer and whole seller, a separate individual agreement is made on case to case basis.
Return Policy
Return must be made within 15 day of delivery.
Returned product must be in original pack with all the seals are intact
Shipment cost of the returns will be taken care by the customer
General customer: A 50% of pricing fee will be charged for restocking
Retail Customer: A 40% of pricing fee will be charged as restocking fee + USD 1.00 per bottle to compensate the initial shipping cost
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 01.01.2018.
